John Black and I played the White Lion last night - new open mic / venue in Streatham run by Oz Bayldon and trying to raise money for a childrens music charity. Great sound and some great singers about whom I will try and find out more - in particular Findlay and Greg - John and I were brill and I finally think I may be able to put the last months behind me and start stepping out again - a good evening. John sang a 4 numbers including two new compositions “come with me to the waters edge” and “city city lights”. John Black is a force to be reckoned with.
